Medicaid (NY) via MAS
We accept eligible Medicaid trips scheduled through Medical Answering Services (MAS). Ask your provider to request MedLane Transit, or call us and we’ll help you coordinate.
Managed Care Plans
We work with select managed care organizations for NEMT benefits. Coverage depends on plan and medical necessity.
Tip: Call the number on your insurance card to confirm NEMT eligibility and authorized vendors in your area.
Private Insurance / Facility Billing
For clinics and facilities, we can arrange direct billing based on prior authorization or purchase order.
